Product Description
1. Machine installation:
1) Unpack, assemble the machine, and check and confirm the correct assembly;
2) Connect liquefied gas and power supply (note: manual machine has no power supply); check that the connection is correct;
2. Operation method:
1) Preparation materials: popcorn and coconut oil (400 g for large machine, 300 g for medium machine, 250 for small machine
K), professional burst corn (500 g large machine, 300 g medium machine, 300 g small machine), anti-caramel (400 g large machine, 350 g medium machine, 250 g small machine);
2) Start the machine: start the machine automatic mixing switch (note: manual machine without mixing), light the machine liquefied gas stove, adjust the fire size to moderate;
3) Add raw materials: after the machine is ignited, pour the prepared oil into the pot, until the oil is heated to high temperature (throw 3 or 4 corn into the pot, until the corn explodes), add the prepared corn to the pot, and then add the prepared anti-caramel;
4) Start frying corn: automatic machine needs to cover the lid, let the machine automatically stir stir fry; manual machine needs to use a large popcorn shovel constantly stir fry until the corn is completely open;
5) Popcorn out of the pot: about 1 minute, the pot began to emit a loud burst sound to the slow no burst sound, immediately close the fire, pour the popcorn out of the table to the sieve table, and finally put the popcorn just out of the pot repeatedly stirred until the popcorn cooling.
